Holiday Camp Booking Policy By booking a place on our Holiday Camps, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Camp Confirmation and Minimum Numbers All holiday camps are subject to minimum sign-up numbers. In the event that a camp does not reach the minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel the camp. If a camp is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants. 2. Cancellations and Credits (Parent-Initiated) Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of the camp will be eligible for credit, which can be used towards a future camp booking. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date. No refunds will be given for missed days, illness, or early withdrawal once the camp has commenced. 3. Booking and Payment Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via the website or authorised platform. All camp places are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Camp fees cover all listed activities during camp hours. Any optional extras (e.g. meals, merchandise) will be charged separately if offered. 4. Behaviour and Conduct We expect all children to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the camp. In cases of persistent disruptive or unsafe behaviour, we reserve the right to withdraw the child from camp without refund. 5. Medical and Emergency Information Parents/guardians must provide up-to-date emergency contact details and disclose any relevant medical, behavioural or dietary needs during registration. In the event of an emergency, reasonable effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian immediately. 6. Photography and Media From time to time, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.). You may opt out of this during the booking process if you do not wish your child to be included. 7. Liability While all activities are delivered with safety and supervision in mind, participation is at the parent’s/guardian’s own risk. We are not liable for any personal items lost or damaged during the camp.
