With over 30 years of experience as a national golfer, teaching professional, and mental game coach, Koe Lai Yin stands as a pioneering figure in holistic golf coaching in Malaysia. Her remarkable career spans both elite-level playing and coaching, making her a highly respected name in the sport.

Drawing on her background in educating young children through right-brain learning techniques and her close collaboration with renowned tour coach Ian Triggs, Lai Yin played an instrumental role in the Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia Development Program, guiding Malaysia’s top female golfers on their journey to becoming professionals.

As the Performance Coach for the Malaysian Women’s National Team, Lai Yin’s expertise in the mental aspects of golf contributed to breaking a nine-year title drought—leading the team to four consecutive Individual and Team National Open titles.
